Illegal Words And Pics (This is important to everyone on this site)

All websites have to work to certain rules. Admittedly the internet and many sites at the moment are completely out of control and that is why governments are now seriously tackling the problems. We will later add some of the governments thinking on the subject and particularly in the area of sexual violence.

What words are allowed and disallowed, what images are allowed and disallowed on this site?

From the perspective of the payment processors i.e. ccbill.com, epoch.com, segpay.com they give very strict guidelines to webmasters (like us) to work to. They word it Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) guidelines and these are the rules any lawful website has to follow if it wants to use Visa or Mastercard (plus others of course) to take payments on its site. Just do a search on credit card processors AUP and you can read a more detailed version if you wish.

Yes, there are many websites out there who are currently flouting the rules, some through ignorance, some deliberately and of course the card processors cannot keep track of everything that is happening on the sites they process for. Now with a brand new site like this where we are interested in long term success it would be plain crazy to NOT abide by the rules and lets not forget that being banned by someone like Visa or Mastercard would be disastrous and only leave mobile phone, sms and a few other processing options.

So when we started we had to remove pictures where a lady mistress was peeing on a male slave (seriously I cannot believe this one and I disagree VERY strongly but if you want Visa and Mastercard then you have to accept it). On prettygirlscams.com we had one profile with the words "Young Teen" which to us actually meant 18 years old but NO we had to remove it because it could imply the person was an underage model. We also had an affiliate link to a large webcam portal based in Holland but because they were using Lol.ita marketing words on their own site and allowing the girls to have usernames using these words we were refused card processing unless they changed their words. Suffice to say they would not change their words so we removed their link from our site so we could be allowed to process card payments.

We also had a wooden cross with a hole cut out and a cock sticking through the hole and a pretty girl (oops am I only allowed to say lady now?) pretending to give cbt (cock and ball torture). The image was innocuous and in fact a great piece of top professional photography taken by a pro and we were ordered to remove this as it was considered sacreligious and could offend certain religious groups! Quite what religious groups would be doing inside a members only fetish site is beyond me but there we are.

Now it's going to take a long time for the "internet police" to contact webmasters and get them to comply but the fact is once it becomes law we all need to be aware and do our best to comply otherwise the penalties can be severe. I have picked the minimum requirements for sites like this out of a variety of credit card AUP's (Acceptable Use Policies) in the hope you will respect these rules on this site.

1. No image advertising, posting or display using models under 18, clothed or unclothed

2. No marketing a site using Lo.lit.a, Ki.ds Un.der.ag.e Pe.do etc or words or images that could infer a model was under 18

3. No image or words relating to extreme violence, sc.at, s.nuff, incest, r.ape, mutilation, or elimination of body wastes on another person.

4. No images or words depicting best.iality........ ( i.e. sex with animals)

5. Nothing obscene, libelous or threatening....... (and what's the definition of obscene then?)

Now most of that should be no problem to you comply with. Any violations could result in a webmaster losing their permission to take credit card payments.
